What does this privacy policy apply to, and to whom?

Each of the companies is a data controller. This means that it is authorised to process the personal data and information you provide, which relates to and can identify a specific individual, and which we collect from and about you through the company’s services and within the scope of its activities. Such information („Personal data“) is processed in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy applies to all users, including those who use the companies’ services without being registered for or subscribed to a service of the companies, as well as those who have registered or subscribed to their services.

The companies’ services are not intended for persons under 16 years of age, and personal data is not deliberately collected from such persons.

In addition, the companies use your data to inform you by email or by phone about all new offers, concluded deals and useful information about the real estate market, for the purposes of concluding and performing brokerage agreements, brokerage relationships and/or related brokerage contracts, viewing protocols, certificates, key agreements, deposit receipts, annexes to concluded contracts and all other documents related to their activities, and we may provide personal information to our partners for the purposes described above.

• Our sharing of your personal information with our Related parties for their marketing purposes: If you would prefer that we do not share your personal information in the future with our Related parties for their direct marketing purposes, you may refuse such sharing by sending a request to the address indicated below in the Personal Data Protection Policy.

In all of the above cases, we may contact you and ask you for additional information in order to fulfil your request.

 

Personal data retention periods

We will keep your personal data for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which the data were collected, as described in this Privacy Policy.

Each company within the Titan Properties group takes reasonable precautions to protect confidentiality and security and to prevent unauthorised or accidental disclosure of personal information. Only authorised personnel have access to personal data, and these employees are obliged to treat the information as confidential. Despite security measures, the companies  cannot guarantee that unauthorised persons will not gain access to your personal data.

Each company that is part of the Titan Properties group reserves the right to change its privacy policy. All changes will be published on the site to inform visitors about the type of data collected, their use and the circumstances under which such data may be disclosed to third parties.
